1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Trusty Peptide ("Trusty Peptide," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website located at trustypeptide.com (the "Site") and the purchase of our products.

By accessing or using our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use our Site or purchase our products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

By using our Site and purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or affiliated with a legitimate research institution, university, or pharmaceutical/biotech company.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing our Site or purchasing our products is prohibited by law.
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trustypeptide.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Research Use Only policy.

3. Research Use Only

By placing an order, you explicitly represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You will use all purchased products solely for lawful scientific research, laboratory testing, or study purposes.
• You will not administer, or cause to be administered, any product purchased from Trusty Peptide to any human being, including yourself.
• You will not use our products for veterinary, agricultural, cosmetic, dietary supplement, or any other non-research purpose.
• You will store, handle, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and best laboratory safety practices.
• You acknowledge that our products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, EMA, or any equivalent regulatory authority for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.
• You take full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, use, and disposal of research chemicals and peptides in your jurisdiction.
• You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer our products to any individual or entity that intends to use them for non-research purposes.

Trusty Peptide reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any order that we reasonably believe is intended for non-research use, human consumption, or any purpose that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Products & Services

Product Descriptions & Specifications

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including purity specifications, molecular weight, sequence, and storage requirements. All specifications are based on our internal testing and third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) data available at the time of listing.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

A COA is included with every order. The COA documents the purity and identity of your compound as verified by HPLC and/or mass spectrometry analysis. COAs reflect batch-specific testing. If you require a COA for a specific batch, please contact us prior to ordering.

Custom Synthesis

Custom synthesis orders are subject to separate quotation and project agreements. Custom orders are non-cancellable once synthesis has commenced. Contact us at our contact page for custom synthesis enquiries.

Storage Requirements

Many of our products are temperature-sensitive and require specific storage conditions (typically -20°C or -80°C upon receipt). We include storage instructions with every order. Failure to store products correctly may affect purity, potency, and stability — Trusty Peptide is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage by the customer.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of product unavailability, suspected policy violations, pricing errors, or fraud.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors and will notify you promptly if an error is discovered after your order is placed.

Taxes & Duties

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, import duties, customs fees, and other charges levied by your local jurisdiction. We will collect applicable sales tax where required by law.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Volume discounts and institutional pricing are available. Contact us via our contact page for a custom quote.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to product availability. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Cold-Chain Shipping

Peptides and other temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging (ice packs, insulated containers) at no additional charge. Cold-chain packaging is designed to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit for standard delivery windows. Trusty Peptide is not responsible for temperature excursions caused by carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We use reputable carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries where permitted by law. International customers are responsible for ensuring that the import of research peptides is legal in their jurisdiction and for paying all applicable duties and customs fees. We are not responsible for orders seized or delayed by customs.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date and we will assist with a carrier claim.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the importance of maintaining product integrity, we have strict return guidelines:

• Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, contact us within 5 business days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
• Purity disputes: If you believe a product does not meet its stated specification, contact us within 14 days of receipt with your independent testing data. We will review your claim and may request the original sample for retesting.
• Order errors (our fault): We will replace or refund items that were incorrectly picked or shipped at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of research chemicals once they have left our facility, except in the circumstances described above. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of our laboratory staff.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet entered the fulfilment process. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@trustypeptide.com with your order number.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, COA documents, and software — is the property of Trusty Peptide or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial research-related purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our Site without our prior written consent.

Trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on our Site are registered or unregistered marks of Trusty Peptide or third parties. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting any licence to use any trademark without the owner's prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Site or products to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
• Administer any product to a human being or animal outside of an approved clinical trial or veterinary context.
• Resell our products to parties intending human or non-research use.
• Misrepresent your identity, institutional affiliation, or research purpose.

• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or disruptive code through our Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine our Site without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUSTY PEPTIDE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that our products will meet your research requirements or produce any particular experimental result.
• Any warranty that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information on our Site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in such jurisdictions the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUSTY PEPTIDE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
• Personal injury, property damage, or death arising from the use or misuse of our products.
• Damages resulting from your failure to comply with applicable laws or these Terms.
• Damages resulting from your reliance on information provided on our Site.

REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, AND EVEN IF TRUSTY PEPTIDE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY CASE, TRUSTY PEPTIDE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trusty Peptide and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of our Site or products.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any dispute between you and any third party in connection with your use of our products.
• Any human administration of or exposure to products purchased from us.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with us.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@trustypeptide.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.

Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or our products shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Delaware, USA. The language of arbitration shall be English. Judgement on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Trusty Peptide individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Send an email notification to registered account holders for significant changes.
