Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship on the next business day.

Every order ships in insulated packaging with reusable cold packs. We use larger thermal mass on summer shipments and during heatwaves. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods but we ship cold as standard practice.
Every order includes complimentary shipment protection. If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is stolen from your doorstep, we will reship at no cost to you. Just email support@trustypeptide.com with your order number and we'll handle it.
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. International availability is on our roadmap.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is printed. If you haven't received tracking within 24 business hours of ordering, check your spam folder and then email us.
