How to start a return

  1. Email support@trustypeptide.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We respond within 1 business day with next steps and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–7 business days after we process them; bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is generated, the order ships and the standard return process applies.
