Returns & Refunds

What we accept

• Damaged in transit: we reship at no cost. Send us a photo within 7 days.
• Lost or stolen package: covered by complimentary shipment protection. We reship.
• Wrong product shipped: we send the correct product and arrange free return of the original.
• Below-spec purity: if a third-party test shows purity below 98%, we refund or replace.
• Sealed, unopened items: returnable within 14 days for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping.

What we can't accept

• Opened or reconstituted vials — chain of custody is broken once a seal is broken.
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• Bacteriostatic water, syringes, and other consumables once opened.

How to start a return

1. Email support@trustypeptide.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We respond within 1 business day with next steps and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–7 business days after we process them; bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is generated, the order ships and the standard return process applies.
